Job Title: SURVEY MANAGER – PLS

Job Summary:
We are a small Engineering and Surveying Company that was established in 1981 in Carlisle, PA and have been providing our professional services for 43 years. Our mission is to hire a team orientated professional that is interested in working towards managing the survey work being performed by our office. This individual shall be motivated to expand our survey projects and provide oversite of the work while also preparing Land Development Plans, Earth Moving Permits, ALTA Surveys and Subdivision Plans. The ideal candidate will have expertise in utilizing tools such as Trimble, AutoCAD, and robotics to conduct surveys accurately. You will be responsible for managing survey crews, analyzing data, and ensuring precise measurements are obtained. As the Survey Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining project timelines and delivering high-quality survey results. Future ownership opportunities will be considered as this position develops.

Duties:

Utilize Trimble, MicroStation, and CAD software to create accurate survey drawings
Conduct field surveys using robotics and traditional surveying equipment, analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports for project stakeholders

• Prepare Land Development and Subdivision Plans
• Prepare NPDES permit applications as well as E and S plans
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines and objectives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Commensurate upon experience

• Currently hold a SIT (Surveyor In Training) certificate
